Services

 

At SEND the Help CIC, we provide calm, practical support for families and young people navigating SEND-related challenges. We work with parents, carers and young people to reduce overwhelm, build confidence and create positive pathways forward.

Our services include:

 

SEND advice sessions delivered in local community spaces, offering clear guidance, next steps and practical support for parents and carers

Ongoing 1:1 SEND and EHCP support, including personalised advice, support with applications, refusals, appeals, mediation and tribunals, preparation for school or local authority meetings, and professionally ghostwritten letter templates.

Enabling support for young people aged 10–18 who are neurodivergent, have SEND or experience anxiety-related barriers to education, focusing on confidence, independence, emotional regulation and preparation for further education

 

Creative and therapeutic provision, including Open the Palette, an arts-led programme supporting emotional wellbeing and self-expression.

The SEND the Help Chill Tent, a calm, sensory-friendly space available at events and community settings to support emotional regulation and reduce overwhelmCommunity events and enriching activities providing access to arts, culture, wellbeing and positive social experiences.

AQA Unit Award provision, offering accredited learning opportunities that recognise progress, skills and achievement through flexible, personalised pathways.

Parent workshops and professional CPD training, covering SEND law, inclusive practice and practical strategies to support neurodivergent children and young people

 

Our services may be accessed through Direct Payments, SEND funding, commissioned or grant-funded provision, or private arrangements, depending on the service and individual circumstances. Our Policies can be found here.
