Our Mission

SEND the Help! is a specialist support service for families, schools, and communities navigating Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We provide practical advice for parents seeking Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), deliver advice to schools to improve inclusion, and work with local organisations and businesses to create SEN-friendly environments.
Founded by Grace Brown, an experienced SEND advocate and parent of four children with lived experience of the system, SEND the Help! combines professional expertise with empathy. Our services include EHCP application and appeal support, parent workshops, professional networking, inclusive business training, and community awareness events and workshops.
Our mission is simple: to ensure that children and young people with SEND get the right support, families feel empowered, and schools and communities are confident and inclusive.

"Having been on this journey for 15 years, I couldn't allow another family to go through what we did. I want to share my professional skills and use my personal experiences to help guide and support those who need it"
